Coach Heather Casey limits her coaching roster to a small number of athletes so she can invest the time required to give each athlete full attention towards achieving great things! Heather begins each coaching relationship with a detailed athlete questionnaire and interview to go over details about training, goals and any obstacles getting in your way. The work begins with development of an annual training plan, weekly programming of custom workout sessions delivered through Training Peaks, daily feedback of data and comments regarding session results, weekly calls or video conferencing, nutrition guidance including metabolic efficiency coaching, mental skills training / assignments, race strategy sessions and season review.
